Gluten free flour half batch (2 pitas): 6 pts
2/3 cup GF flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Gluten free flour regular batch (4 pitas): 13 pts
1 1/3 cup GF flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup + 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Whole wheat/all purpose flour half batch (2 pitas): 7 pts
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp water
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Whole wheat/all purpose flour regular batch (4 pitas): 15 pts
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp water
