Welcome back to Fed Not Feral, where I share easy high protein meals that take no effort… so you can be the snack, not just eat them.

A regular California burrito lands between 1,000-,1500 calories!! That’s basically an entire day for some people😱

This is my high protein California burrito bowl with a simple, slow cooker, beef sirloin, and amazing french fries! It’s just under 400 calories with 38 grams of protein and all the Cali burrito vibes
… the tortilla alone would have added 300 calories!

my goal for this series is to make eating healthy, high-protein meals, super easy and prove just how delicious they can be even when they’re not pretty… because honestly, who has time for that?
