mixed berry muffins:
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cashew
milk (or milk of choice)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup monk fruit sweetener (or any sugar replacement)
⅓ cup unsweetened
applesauce
1 cup mixed berries (frozen
or fresh) -I used blueberries
chicken burgers:
1 lb. lean ground chicken
1 egg
½ cup panko
2 tsp seasoning of choice
salt and pepper
