1/2 red onion
1/2 bell pepper
10 chicken sausage links
11 eggs
1/2 fat free milk
1.5 oz reduced fat cheese
Salt & pepper
pasta salad:
1 box protein pasta
4 tbsp light Italian dressing
Carrots
Grape tomatoes
Cucumbers
1 pack turkey pepperoni
Salt & pepper
two ingredient dough bagels: 4 points
2 2/3 cup all purpose flour
2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
Seasoning of choice
Egg wash
Everything or garlic herb seasoning
