Who’s with me?

There was a time I couldn’t enjoy a glass of wine or pizza without hearing that little voice in my head telling me I had to earn it or burn it off after.

Not anymore.
Healing my relationship with food and fitness has been one of the most freeing parts of my journey and it didn’t come from restriction, it came from learning to take care of body💛
You don’t have to punish yourself to feel good. You get to move because you respect yourself, not because you hate what you see.

Now I pay attention to what makes me feel my best. I make better choices because I have goals and I want to find a balance that makes sense for me. And yes, you better believe I’m hitting my workouts after a day of extras, but that’s not from a place of guilt or trying to “make up for it.” It’s because that’s who I am. I show up every day and make it happen even when I don’t feel like it because that builds confidence, discipline and gives ME control of my body (at least as much as we can have ya know).

That’s why I love our LSF meal plans so much. They’re created to help bridge the gap between crazy diet culture and intuitive eating so you can really learn how to fuel your body and create a lifestyle you love.
