I used to eat half a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch & call it dessert but it always left me feeling…

bloated, craving more, and honestly, stalling my weight loss. (Recipes⬇️)

For all my sweet tooth girlies trying to eat healthy and lose weight, try my simple 20:10 dessert rule 👉 basically any time I wanted a dessert, i told myself it had to have at least 20g of protein and less than 10g of sugar. (I still do this)

✨ Why does this work?
✅ Helps you hit your daily protein goals (essential for fat loss + muscle tone)
✅ Keeps blood sugar stable so you don’t wake up with cravings
✅ Reduces bloating by avoiding heavy processed sugar before bed
✅ Supports better sleep , stable blood sugar keeps fat loss hormones balanced overnight
✅ Satisfies your sweet tooth without derailing your progress
✅ Retrains your brain to crave protein-rich foods instead of sugary sweets.

This little rule helped me lose 45lbs without feeling deprived and made is easy to have dessert be a part of my plan instead of something that derailed my goals.

** these are great options for all the girls doing my summer challenge right now too!
