Eating for fat loss after 35 (what I eat in a day)

What I’m currently eating on my mission to get more visible abs! 90% of this comes down to knowing your numbers and planning ahead 👇

Right now I’m focused on 130g protein every day and staying in a deficit daily which means carbs and fast kinda slot and mix up a bit day to day.

Breakfast
Smoothie post workout
Bowl for lunch
Bowl for dinner
Yogurt or protein balls dir dessert or a snack
I eat basically the same breakfast every single day. 1 whole egg plus egg whites scrambled with spinach and a slice of sourdough. LSF Plant Protein in my coffee on the side. 38g+ protein before 9am without thinking about it. I don’t decide what to eat for breakfast. It’s just automatic.

Mid morning I blend the same smoothie. Protein powder, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk. Quick, cold, fills the gap between breakfast and lunch.

Lunch and dinner I rotate between a handful of protein bowls like some of the ones I showed here… Big Mac bowl, taco bowl, Greek bowl, sheet pan salmon. All under 500 calories, all 30g+ protein, all take 15 minutes or less. I pick 2-3 each week and repeat.

Snacks rotate between protein balls with my @lsfnutrition protien, cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning, Greek yogurt with berries, or an apple with a tablespoon of almond butter. Something with protein that takes 2 minutes and keeps 3pm from ruining my deficit.

My entire prep system is the easiest in the world. Grill chicken and brown ground turkey on Sunday. Hard boil eggs. Buy the same groceries every week. The rest of the week I just assemble meals in 5 minutes.

Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit is sustainable when you stop stressing about what to eat. Same meals, same rotation, same prep. I’m not thinking about food constantly, I’m not worrying about what to make, and I’m not wasting time. That mental freedom is half the reason this works.
