Today I do some cleaning, organizing, & ingredient prepping including zucchini breakfast cookies, protein waffles, veggie mix, poopcorn, and creami ice creams!

zucchini cookies-
makes about 40 cookies:
2 eggs
2 bananas
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup coconut brown sugar
(or brown sugar substitute)
1 cup oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup shredded zucchini
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
BAKE AT 350 FOR 15-18 MINS
