6 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1-2 tsp mustard
pepper
coffee:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
protein shake
ice
8 oz cold brew coffee
queso:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 oz shredded cheese
4 oz ground turkey
2 tbsp salsa
taco seasoning
ranch dressing:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 ranch packet
milk for desired consistency
