Today I do some cleaning, organizing, & ingredient prepping including protein waffles, sourdough discard bagels, and sweet potatoes!

Sweet potatoes: 0 pts
2 sweet potatoes, diced
Olive oil nonstick spray
Buttery steakhouse seasoning
Garlic & herb seasoning
Salt & pepper
Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins
Sourdough discard bagels: 4 pts each (makes 6 bagels)
1 cup sourdough discard (240g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup all purpose flour
Seasoning of choice
Egg wash with everything bagel seasoning
Bake at 400 for 12-15 mins
Protein waffles: 2 pts each (made 13 waffles)
2 1/2 cups protein buttermilk pancake mix
2 eggs
3/4 fat free milk
20g coconut brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
